BORTH STATION MUSEUM

A well established and much loved fascinating community heritage centre, where you can wallow in nostalgia for the heydey of the railways and those happy holidays by the sea.

OUR HISTORY

Opened in 2011, the museum has been the culmination of the dream of a small team of volunteers, who were loathe to see the old railway station at the small seaside town of Borth fall into disrepair.

OUR COLLECTION

Our collection includes hundreds of railway and community related items donated or loaned over the years. These items trace the significance of the railway here at Borth and surrounding areas, where the fishing and coastal shipping industry, lead mining, agriculture and of course tourism played an important role.
